Saturday, November 7th, 2026 | 4pm-8pm

Greenwell Foundation’s signature event, the Boots & BBQ Hoedown is back and better than ever! Join us Veteran’s Day Weekend, Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 4pm-8pm. This isn’t our first rodeo, so we are expanding the festivities to accommodate a bigger posse and create a bigger impact for veterans and first responders.

This fundraiser supports our Recreational Wellness Retreats so they can continue to be offered free of charge to veterans and first responders. The retreat program utilizes the therapeutic power of nature and equestrian activities, along with supportive wellness practices to help veterans and first responders reconnect with themselves, nature, and each other.

This year we are expecting to serve around 200 veterans and first responders. This impactful program has also expanded to include more participants and new demographics, as well as offering additional programming and wellness offerings.

So, dust off your boots and saddle up for a roaring good time in support of those who serve to protect our communities!

Howdy Partners!- Event Sponsorships Available Now!

Make an even bigger impact for veterans and first responders by becoming an event sponsor! Event sponsors enjoy added benefits like reserved tables, preferred parking, and even more opportunities for western fun.

Last year, sponsorship opportunities sold out early, so be sure to giddy up & get yours now!

Can't Make To The Event? You Can Still Make A Difference!

We are now accepting donations for Wellness Boxes for our retreat participants!

These Wellness Boxes are filled with self-care items, important resources, journals, words of encouragement, and more. They are distributed to program participants to provide additional support and inspiration after the retreat. True healing is more than a one time visit or program and small gestures like these make a big impact on those who need it most.

Thank you all for helping us support those who give so much to protect our communities.

Please be sure to select the “Wellness Boxes- Retreat Program Fund” when making your donation.

Thank You Sponsors!

Give us a hand in thanking our generous 2026 event sponsors! Thank you for giving back to the community and supporting those who serve.
