Important Registration Information
For the 2026 Camp Season we are excited to offer 5 different themed camps. The camp series runs several weeks throughout June & July. All camps run from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm daily.
Each camp has a limited number of spots available. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will remain open until all slots are filled.
2026 Registration Policy
In an effort to serve as many families as possible with our summer camps, we respectfully request parents to limit their children to no more than three weeks of camp. Registrations exceeding 3 weeks will be declined.
Waiting List
If a camp is full, the registration system will allow you to join a waiting list. We will contact you if a space becomes available. There is no charge to join a waiting list. Please note that being on the waitlist does not guarantee a slot in the camp.
Session Transfer Fee
If you must change your registration, you will be charged a transfer fee of $25 per transfer/per camper.
Withdrawals/Refunds
Prior to June 3, 2026, campers can receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per session/per camper if requested in writing to the Foundation’s Executive Director at gwfexecutivedirector@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued after June 3, 2026 for any reason.
