Confidence and Connection

Woman building connection with a horse

Confidence and Connection

Ages: 7 and up

Connect with a horse on the ground and/or in the saddle while gaining horsemanship skills by promoting emotional and social well-being. Connection will improve awareness of self and others, and provide increased confidence and self-esteem. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to return to working with horses and/or get back in the saddle.

Lessons concentrate on; understanding the power of horse and human connections, observing horse behavior and making a connection. Learn how to approach, halter, and lead a horse. Work with the reflection of energy and emotions. Work on personal goals and/or potential barriers to riding and make a self-paced transition to the saddle.
