Greenwell Foundation Fishing Camp

Come enjoy fishing on the shores of the Patuxent River! Campers will learn the basics of fishing, including safety, knots, lures, bait, rigs, casting, crabbing, and more. Learn lifelong lessons about watershed health and restoration by participating in reef ball building with the St. Mary’s River Watershed Association. If you love spending your days fishing, this is the camp for you!

Examples of Fishing Camp Activities include:

  • Kayak fishing
  • Casting contests
  • Seine net catching
  • Bamboo fishing pole building
  • Farm animal interactions
  • Tie-dying and S’mores
  • And more!

Dates & Registration Information

Fishing Camp is a 4 Day Camp offered on Monday, July 13th through Thursday, July 16th. 

Each camp day will be held from 8am-3pm.
