The Mindful Meadow, a new paddock located near Greenwell’s manor building, is home to a number of kid-friendly animals, including 5 goats, 2 sheep, miniature horses and ponies with ducks, chickens and a small pig coming soon! The animals are part of many Greenwell programs, field trips and event offerings Greenwell is adding this year including:
- Therapeutic encounters
- Kids’ birthday parties
- Summer camp activities
- Team building field trips
- Scout badge outings
- And more!
The construction of the Mindful Meadow was funded in part by the Leonardtown Rotory Club and will be sustained by Greenwell’s ongoing programming.
