Ages: 18+

This program provides environmental education and connection for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their caregivers. Participants learn about, explore, and connect with this section of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. We learn about local flora and fauna, how they are affected by humans, and how we can reduce our impact. This program helps participants connect to the topics through sensory exploration, scavenger hunts, games, songs, hikes along our accessible River Trail, presentations, crafts, and more!

We can accommodate groups of up to 20 participants. We offer 2 to 4 hour sessions for this program.
